The vision of Strategic Leadership Institute is to produce certificate training programs for leadership development in several sectors of our community.  The non-profit certificate  program was implemented in 1999; a pastoral certificate program has been added in December 2002.  SLI plans to add programs for the small business community, for civic leaders, and a leadership development program for high school students.  Each program would have a unique application of the four basic modules: 

• community development,

• personal growth,

• professional enhancement, and

• strategic planning for collaborative city-reaching.

The Strategic Leadership Institute exists to bring glory to God by cultivating, equipping, and connecting current and future leaders of local communities whose lives reflect the purposes and values of Jesus Christ.
