whose lives reflect the purposes and values of Jesus Christ.

We fulfill this mission primarily through the SLI Experience™

The SLI Experience™ is a unique time of personal and professional growth in a community of peers who are facing similar challenges and opportunities. 

The seven month Certificate program invites applications from leaders who desire to take themselves and their organization to the next level.

Each group is highly localized and customized to achieve maximum long-term impact within the culture and the community they serve.
